About Sue Maynard Campbell

Sue Maynard Campbell MBE is Managing Director of Equal Ability Limited who has been working as a solicitor within one of the leading disability consultancies in the UK for over a decade. She also is an Associate of the Employers’ Forum, a member of the New Deal for Disabled People Extension Evaluation Advisory Group, and serves on the National Client Forum for Access to Work. Her work as a qualified solicitor has led her to research in great depth of detail disability as an equality issue and she has trained and consulted hundreds of businesses all over the UK in keeping things Disability Discrimination Act friendly. She has helped hundreds of businesses research and install permanent ramps, push-button doors and other disabled friendly appliances for their places of business. She also feels that a temporary ramp is a fair and legal alternative to businesses that need to be able to handle the disabled yet can not install permanent ramps.
